Summer Visits

Benjamin and Memere made sweet memories this past 4th of July. Pepere had some quality time with Ben too. Joseph spent a good amount of time swimming in the pool with Mumma and by the end of the stay he was using the kick board like a pro. No pictures of the swimming lessons. Next time I'll have the camera ready.
Joseph and Pepere took Choo Choo all around the property many times a day. The addition of eyes, eyebrows and a smile were a big hit. The horns are a little annoying but Joe and Joseph loved playing them. We had a fun time playing, laughing and just being together. Life is Good!

Spring vacation brought the Fletcher family to Harwich for some Memere and Pepere time. It was Benjamin's first trip from New Jersey to the Cape and he did great. He is use to being held and didn't like sleeping in the car seat on his back but he is a fast learner and a good self soother. Joseph sang to Ben whenever he was crying and the ABC song did it's job. Joseph is a very attentive big brother.
The weather was cold and gray most of the week but we manager to have a great time playing and watching DVD'S. Joseph loves eating Pepere's cheese puffs!
The time went by so fast but Pepere was so happy to have the choo choo fixed for a farewell ride with Joseph around the pool. What a happy time they both had.
We're missing them all and hope the next visit will be soon and sunny.

What happens in Harwich stays in Harwich

The Inn had a very special guest all week.

Maddy made herself right at home. Shaken not stirred. She did some shaking without the shaker too. Spending the first two days under a beautiful king size bed then upgraded to at my feet for the rest of her stay, helping herself to the all inclusive "mini bar" and all you can eat homemade frozen treats. She continues to deny that she was the porn star at Charlie Sheen's last blow out party. Says she has an alibi. Maddy was picked up today by the Walpole authorities and has no comment at this time. WOOF

WELCOME BENJAMIN

I'm so blessed to be able to hold Benjamin and to be here for his entrance into this world.

Here he is!! What a cutie.. Benjamin Bridges Fletcher. Born January 21st. 2011.

He only opens his eyes in the middle of the night when he's suppose to be sleeping.

Joseph helped me put this welcome message on the fridge for Benjamin. He's trying so hard to adjust to sharing Mommy and Daddy with his new brother.

CHRISTMAS IN NEW JERSEY

Joseph and Mema on Christmas Eve had a great time with all the family around the fire place.

Santa left Joseph many toys. He must have been a good boy.

The stocking is first on Christmas Morning. Lots of trinkets and candy.

Mommy helps by opening a gift from Aunt Branice, Uncle Jason and cousin Phoenix.

We had a special Christmas this year in New Jersey. The surprised look on Danielle's face when she saw Memere and Pepere was like fireworks in our hearts. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

Took a drive to the Brewster unemployment office and this fish was hanging from a huge tree on the street the office was on. Ya gotta love the artists on the cape.

A little further down the road we found three whale tales in the front yard of a house in Brewster.

All around us an abundance of natural and artistic beauty! Life is Good.
