ENJOYING THE OFF SEASON

I did notice! I used my straight frosting spatula in an attempt not to mangle the cranberry sauce too much. But I missed the swish onto the dish that was so simple.

Of course the crazy Tagues have 3 kinds of cranberry sauce: I make a fresh cranberry-orange relish, whole berry sauce and we have a can of chilled regular for tradition's sake. Mitch doesn't even eat cranberries in any form. Oh, well...
